A few Fridays ago, Conquer premiered our first ever booth contest, “Best of The Booth”, at our partner company, Market America’s International Convention (and also 25th anniversary). We put a post out to the local Triad, NC community (Greensboro, Raleigh, Winston, and surrounding areas), and got back such AMAZING artists and talent!

Meditation Artist: Kathleen Swann

Relax with Swann.

Kathleen is a natural wellness workshop leader and Registered Nurse, and has been utilizing music therapy and progressive muscle relaxation throughout her nursing career to create positive changes in her patients’ emotional and mental states. This has led to the development of her relaxation series, Relax with Swann. With a strong belief in the powerful mind-body-spirit connection, she recorded guided imagery stories aimed at easing stress and promoting a sense of peace and tranquility.

Kathleen’s dream is to create a nurturing, soothing, peaceful ambiance around the world. She also has a passion for fellow musicians. Through Relax with Swann Music Publishing, they help independent artists to maintain 100% control over their music while building toward a residual income.

New Age, Instrumental Artist: Mark Barnes

Multi Award winning composer and musician, Mark Barnes, ThE BaD BoY oF ChilL OuT, will open your third eye – musically speaking.

Barnes’ music has been featured in numerous magazines and web sites, including EmmeK New Age and New Sounds Magazine (Dec. 2007) and AMMA AnR (Aug. 2007).

Barnes was also awarded the 2009 Soloist of the Year Award at the 19th Annual Los Angeles Music Awards, the 2010 & 2011 Composer of the Year at the 20th & 21st Annual Los Angeles Music Awards

Barnes’ work on the music for the Docu-Drama “City of Dreams” with 2 time Academy Award Nominee Carol Connors won the Best Theme Song at the 2011 TCI Film Festival.
